Nicholson Modern Render Solution is a family run business (father and son) based in the North East. We undertake a large range of decorative render.

Nicholson Modern Render Solution's is run by myself Rob and my son Dean, between us we have over 20 years experience in this field. We undertake a large range of decorative render such as brick effect, scratch render, textured render, pebble dashing and thin coat. Weather it be domestic or commercial we both hold CSCS cards and my son also has his IPAF licence so he is able to drive the scissors lift and cherry picker if needed.
