Great day yesterday with my special friend, Janiece. We talked non-stop for 5 hours, some of that time was over a delightful lunch at Lanchester Garden Centre Limited. Do you have friends that you don't see for ages, but make up for it when you do? And, they don't mind that you haven't seen them for a while..... #foreverfriends

I have had a brilliant week! We celebrated our grandson's 3rd birthday on Wednesday and then I jetted off to Amsterdam on a business trip for two days! Stayed in the wonderful https://www.valkhotelapeldoorn.nl/ hotel and attended a training course run by my new client! Great to meet some wonderful Dutch colleagues!

When it came to writing our HR policies, we needed to get it right first time, to meet the requirements of our regulator and so that we could achieve the Equality Standard. We achieved our equality accreditation last week, and the policies will also help us achieve Corporate Chartered Status with our professional body later this year.
