After the last 2 days we had to cancel 3 fully booked trips we sailed today with 7 punters and myself and Jeff. Water inside was very dirty so off to hit the iron. Steady fishing away today with Martin coming up trumps with the biggest cod just over 11lb and the biggest ling 10.5lb cracking result for him over the moon. I managed to fish today as Jeff was skipper and knocked 11 fish out mainly cod on the shads and we managed 38 fish between us all. Not bad going and a decent stamp of fish on the wrecks compared to the smaller stuff getting caught off the ground. We managed 2 Pollock also and macky very scarce with small pockets here n there but enough to fish all day.

We set sail Friday on our evening trip with 10 lads full of beans. 2hrs in and 8 wanted to be taken back. Not good at all.dropped them off and back we went out with the other 2 lads and fished 1 wreck smashing a good few ling and cod making it a good ending. Sat 7 lads turned up and off we went getting a few macky and on the wrecks we went. Picking away all day on the wrecks ending the day with 35 fish all canny stamp off the wrecks biggest ling 12lb and biggest cod 7.5lb to ...Billy lialle one of our regulars aboard northeastern.
