I am also like work there It will be a proud for my career.

NRG helped me to find my new job and it was a lovely experience all the way through. I always felt very at ease during phone calls with them and when I went to their office everyone was very warm and welcoming, even those who I wasn't there to see. They are all genuinely happy for you when you're successful and they really want to see people succeed.

NRG have been great, things didn't work out too well at my first role due to a mix up that wasn't their fault. They were understanding and put me through for another opportunity and I am thrilled to say that I start next week. The communication is always brilliant, I feel welcomed whenever at the office and they always give any help and feedback. Thanks again

I dealt with Megan at NRG who put me forward for two roles after receiving my CV. Megan was extremely helpful prior to both interviews, providing feedback on presentations by both email and telephone. Communication was also very good which I appreciated. With Megan's help I was able to get a role within the NHS which I would not have previously applied for, thank you.

I couldn't recommend NRG enough! After 7 months of dealing with unprofessional agencies using my applications as a backing to generate new business, NRG focused solely on trying to match me to my dream job. I had the pleasure of speaking to Nicola Reid. Nicola understood my experience straight away; She was also incredibly supportive, providing feedback and giving direction when it came to my CV and interviews. I can't thank Nicola and NRG enough as I am now waiting to start a new job. It's genuinely been a pleasure.

Worked for NRG for 14 months at northern rail. Was good UNTILL we got a new manager at northern. I did everything what I was ment to do and more. Coverd overtime when I could. And still no thanks. Then one Thursday after being there 14months I got a phone call off NRG saying my contract had been terminated as I was not doing the job apparently.. But everyone from northern including station supervisors could back me up saying I did my job better than I could. When NRG rang me they didn't give me a chance to explain or help defend me they just took Mels word for it.



Just to add there are no cleaner's working on day shift at northern No more as they got rid of them. Wich is funny as some had been there for 4 years and where her mate and she had been there a year. funny that??? All to save a bit money..



My point is that NRG doht believe you and don't give you a chance to explain yourself. So if you want my advice I would stay away.. Or you'll get sacked for nothing..



8 month on and I am in a better job with better pay and hours.. Not waisted doing long hours cleaning trains

. So this is also a thank you for letting me go and realising I have better talents than working for an agency on 272 a week.. :-))

Totally incompetent, missing pay before Xmas and still not sorted yet, bills coming out in 2 days and office is closed, I recommend nobody's works for this agency

They don't pay your wages and lay you off for nothing poss taking cowards
