Visited on the recommendation of a landscape gardener helping with renovations to a grade 2 listed house in Barnard Castle, had look around in the yard then went inside and was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help, they guy was very keen to help and went to speak to more staff to see if they could source the item. Although they didn't have it, the service was amazing and the guy was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They have some great items and great service. Will visit again and recommend highly

Good for what it does, but doesn’t do rocks for a rockery which surprised me.

Poor after sales service. Despite having a receipt and the item being new they refused to even exchange the item. I've shopped a lot with them in the past but would think twice now.
