Been a few times and loved it. This time my Daughter came with her 2 boys age 8 & 5 and her daughter 10months. She went on a ride with her Mum and only had to pay 4 tokens. They all loved it. Definitely be going again

User

The price for tickets wasn't to bad. £10 for 25 tokens however when kids rides where a child can't ride alone, if too young or under a certain height, take double the tokens so an adult can accompany then it's ridiculous! They don't last 5 minutes! I understand for older rides but not kids that are clearly for children under 6! Plus ride operators not ensuring that bars and belts are secured properly. My nephew was able to stand while a ride was in the air as the bar and belt supposed to keep him in weren't fastened. I would have checked myself but the gate was closed in front of me before I could. Which I shouldnt have to do in the first place. If it wasn't for the school trip we were on I would have taken him away early.

User

Quite nice Areas rides could do with a little more work to brighten them up but it's clean the grandkids enjoyed the rides overall had a good time tickets bit of a rip off

User

I think taking a further 4 tokens off adults who have already handed over 4 tokens for thier young child who want mammy or daddy to ride with them on a kiddies ride is a bit of a con! 8 tokens a time when we only bought 25 each for our 2 boys! They only lasted 2 minutes! It's not like us parents enjoy being crammed into tiny little seats, looking silly & feeling sick because they are all a bit spinny! Come on, fair enough the big rides but flying around getting whiplash on a Lightning Mcqueen ride isn't fun for us adults without paying for the privelage. I think this should be wavered. Quite a few of the rides like the helicopter and the new little rollercoaster say that small kids have to ride with an adult. It’s awful that they take tokens off the adults aswell!

11 year old Daughter purchased a wrist band today for 19 pound. This to me seems like a hell of a lot of money for only 5 hours of rides and to make it even worse a lot of the rides (roller coasters, dodgems or inflatable slide) weren’t even included in the wrist band offer. Will read the T’s and C’s better next time

Wouldn't even have rated the 1* but wouldn't let me leave a review otherwise. My 7year old daughter was waiting in a que today with family members for the Miami surf ride when what is supposed to be a safety railing fell on top of her and caused her to fall onto the metal platforms..the so called safety railing fell on her leg causing her to slam her leg between the platform and metal railing which fell on her...i immediately stopped the ride attendant who was letting others onto the ride and told him the railing had fell on top of my daughter, hes response was to shrug his shoulders and walk away telling me the manager should be in one of the arcades. Two young security officers working on the fair where the ones who came to check on my daughter, got onto radio for first aid and also a manager and they also moved the railing straight out of the way.

Once someone came over he introduced himself as one of the managers ( which first aid minutes later told me he was one of the owners) he then left. I asked for him to come back as it shouldnt have been left to fall on a child, he did come back but alls i got was i will have to find out who put the railing there. In my opinion it should have been dealt with straight away and the ride attendant should have been taking off the ride for the total and utter lack of concern he had for it falling onto my 7 year old child.

My daughter was left with a very nasty red graze on her leg which was up in a lump. The way the owner dealt with this was disgusting. I have the ride attendants name (i found this out myself) and i will be taking this further! This incident could have been a whole lot worse for my daughter, or that railing could have fallen onto a toddler walking past. The owner dusnt know who or why it was put bedside the ride like that. So surley as a owner things health and safety should be checked. I understand with it being bank holiday it was very busy but to be totally ignorant about health and safely issues, the way the ride attendant responded and the owner to not deal with the matter is absolutely shocking (i have pictures of the railing etc but wont let me post them to here)

Went to one of the prize stalls last year that had gold fish for my three nieces as they wanted one and they had been sitting out in the heat since opening and the gold fish had died by the time we got back to Whitley bay. Spent months after that trying to launch a formal complaint and never got any where with the complaint. I was told as it was an independent stall the Management could not do anything about it so I was not happy

User

We were having great fun until I noticed a *HORIFICALLY* RACIST IMAGE on the side on the jungle mania ride next to the tunnel. Would have taken a picture but my phone was out of battery. Will take a photo next time, has anyone else noticed this? It’s insanely bad!!!!
