We heard an analogy yesterday which really struck a chord with us. We’re not claiming it’s ours but we wanted to share it.
The discussion was around customer service or alleged customer service. It was triggered by current experiences in our lives.
The example given was about two hotels. One, they gave you a key on a brick so that you wouldn’t lose the key. The second was a plastic key- card, you lose it and it’s blocked and you are given a new one.
... Which hotel actually cares about their customers?
Are you dishing out bricks to your clients or plastic cards? We feel we give five out plastic cards as customer service is paramount to us.

This weekend we welcome Amber Thornton from London into the Northern Hemisphere to work on our marketing strategy as a team.

Our Director Issac Greaves was pleased to have been nominated for the member of the year award for his Business Networking International (BNi) Chapter Vantage in Darlington and going on to win the award.

Today I was in Canary Wharf with our London broker, Amber Thornton. Educating a new client on the importance of Income Protection and how Critical Illness policies have improved over time.
