Visited Tuesday afternoon to watch Greatest Showman with the family for my daughters birthday. Ticket prices reasonable, bought drinks, popcorn and was advised on a meal deal which would save us money. Daughter was offered a free treat as it was her birthday which l thought was a very nice gesture from the young girl.

I had work vouchers for the tickets which are a pain for the staff to check in. We're use to it so turn up early to compensate. The male staff member was very apologetic and couldn't have been more helpful.

I have 2 very testing young boys who tried to make the life of young lady at the food counter very difficult. She handled them very calmly.

The screen was being cleaned but was told by the lady checking tickets we could wait in the Costa inside the cinema and she'd give us a call when it was ready. It allowed us to have the boys sat down out of the way.

To top it off the manager approached us and offered my family 4 free tickets to use anytime. The film, Jumanji, was loved by all of the family.

Great staff, bit of a mistake with our tickets on our behalf, understood and quickly corrected. Comfortable in any seat and plenty of snack choices to accompany the show

Great film 12 Strong was, as usual Nachos the best among any other cinema. Staff very polite. Temperature was fine in screen 12. Only fault really is the price of food & drinks, although we did have Odeon points which gave us free food. Still would pay the extra because all other cinema company have poor food.

Don’t usually do reviews but sick of seeing negative ones. People these days only do these To whinge . Never had any problems staff always lovely and polite. A few of the customers could do with some manners though

Booked for me and the two kids but my daughter wasn't feeling well so stayed home. I didn't expect them to refund the ticket but they did it straight away and even asked after my daughter. We then got Tango blasts but the machine wasn't working properly (only one flavour) I asked for two large but he only charged me for two small. Then just before going in the attendant gave us two free cream eggs. Fantastic customer service all round. Thankyou

We booked gallery seats for the special screening of The Dam Busters on 17th May. The staff that greeted us were really helpful and friendly. The gallery lounge is well appointed and comfortable. Free nachos, drinks and popcorn were great. The only tiny whinge would be that the experience was spoiled a bit by the level of sound coming from the neighbouring screen...really loud rumbling almost like a train running through the building. Otherwise great. Staff were superb.

They deserved a 5 but it was so busy and the previous crowd of people left the place in such a mess I wouldn’t go again if a similar film was showing. Staff did a tremendous job and were so apologetic for the extremely long delay having to clear the cinema up. Hope Odeon don’t just look at the money they would have made and consider the implications of losing regular customers

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Temperature in the cinema was perfect. Only issue I had was in booking the tickets via the app and trying to use a gift card. Had to log onto desktop site (on phone which is quite difficult). Other than that the experience was very good

I had booked tickets, turned up on saturday and no tickets on the system. Was about to go mad when I realised I had cocked up and ordered for the Friday instead!

They couldn't have been more helpful, sorted in minutes. Thank you

Had a good experience. Better than last time I visited when my 25% discount voucher for after food meal was out of date! Did contact odeon but NO RESPONSE!

We wanted to use vouchers to purchase our tickets. We were directed to the machines... this did not work. When we went back to the attendant he said... I didn't think that would work! Why didn't he said us to the queue in the 1st instance!? Glad we didn't pay for Premier seating as we could sit anywhere in the cinema. Seats comfortable, area clean, good view and great sound.

We go there nice and early, price of seats were reasonable and we got upgraded to premium because I can’t manage too many stairs. The seats were great, the film was excellent but we were cold all the way through, with a whirling noise coming from the left. It would stop me from returning but there again we really don’t have much choice in this area, and I will certainly be wearing extra clothing x

Visited Sunday to see maze runner and we got seats for the gallery. We spend £80 and I handed my odeon card over to collect the points from the transaction. The girl who served us seemed to be having trouble and seemed new so she called over somebody else who obviously didn't have a clue because I've just looked at my account and there have been no points added. The last transaction showing was from November.

I wouldn't mind this happening if I hadn't spent a lot but £80 worth of points could have been a free film.



On top of this I'm pretty sure someone is meant to take you through to the movie, at least this has happened every time I've been but this time it got to 9:15pm and we ended up just going through ourselves and finding the seats which we hoped were right because the numbers are worn off.

Spot lights in cinema didn't dim. Informed staff who said they would get it sorted. Sat through film under a Mr bean style spot light. Made formal complaint to manager after who quoted some rubbish about health and safety then in the next sentence said the problem was getting sorted later in year...fobbed off...poor experience disinterested staff.

Paid for my usual seat at the I max screen online got there to watch the black panther in 3 d. Only it was in 2 d same price thou as 3 d. And went to the get my ice cream paid for a 3 scoop tub told him what I wanted and when seated it was only two scoops I go there regular but now I don't rate the booking or the staff

5.30 showing of maze runner . Ok until near the end when the film went off.

Only 2 confused staff outside . How do we get a refund for this.

Went to the cinema With the family yesterday, the girl serving the food had no idea what she was doing. Orders wrong and she couldn’t use the till. The manager walked off leaving her in this state. We paid the wrong amount as after 20 minutes I’d had enough and because of it all we missed the start of the movie!! Terrible!

Was in screen 10 centre back row. Which has lights in the ceiling shining straight onto you face messing with your view all through the film. If your planning on sitting in these seats i would advise sunglasses a cap and factor 50. Went to complain they did nothing just said i could move but i reserved theses seats so my young kids could had a good view. Not for me it wasnt. Also bought a medium coke £3.99, "ARE YOU TAKING THE P#@$!!!"
