What a bar this is. Great staff sports galore drinks deals to match and friendly helpful bar staff. One of the best bars I've ever been in keep up the good work guys.

Went to Osborne's for lunch, the staff were amazing, very welcoming, we had the loaded burgers food was delicious!!! Definitely recommend and we will be back!

We booked in for the cocktail making class as a surprise for my sister in law to be's hen do! The staff there are all amazing, helping me organise everything and making sure we had a fantastic experience. We had the silver buffet package too which was awesome! So much yummy food and loads left over which they kindly bagged up for us to take away. Could not have had a better experience! Definitely recommend Osbornes! If I'd have known they had a hotel too then we would have booked in to stay too! ������

This bar is a must ... button system is so good.. friendly.. even when busy staff so polite and helpful.. will go again

Thanks to all staff working on Saturday night there was a slight hiccup with our booking for our hen party but it was quickly sorted and the staff couldn't do enough for us to make sure we had a good night. We used the wowcher voucher for cocktails which was fab value for money and brilliant cocktails. Thank you from the unicorn hens xx

Stayed at the New Northumbria hotel a couple of times (which is also fantastic!) Osbourne's is downstairs and both times found it a fab bar and one of the best places to be in Jesmond!

Just loved it, especially the press the red button and ended up with free drinks. Will visit again

Highly recommend the loaded barbecue beef burger and sweet potato fries awesome �service is spot on aswell with very friendly staff �

Had my 50th birthday party there yesterday 13/8/17. Fantastic night, great staff. Thank you Adam who worked on the bar all evening and thank you Wayne the DJ who played 80's tunes for me all evening.

Great wine, really busy and good music and not too far away from town for after just need to make sure u have a taxi booked as black cabs can rip u off good place to start a Saturday night thou :/)

Came to Newcastle for my daughters 21st before we went into town we had our tea it was quick and very good value for money thank you sarah smith.

Top place love the happy hr button. Free rnd. Great place for a drink

The bar staff were very poor I was ignored on a number of occasions and they blatantly served people who came to The bar after me. It wasn't even busy. Take a lesson form you sister pub the 3 mile. Working in the hospitality as I did a good bartender watches bar and knows who is next. Won't be back soon. Oh and a smile wouldn't go amiss

Disappointed that we came in to use a wowcher for cocktails on Saturday night (of which we had booked in as told to by staff when enquiring) to be told we could pick from 5 of which 3 had whisky and 2 had amaretto, we asked if we could pay towards any others and the person serving laughed and said no, we thought the attitude was quite unacceptable and the explanation of the voucher to be used was not clear, I have checked with wowcher and there is no exception on what cocktail you can have for the offer. We did have other drinks before our allotted time slot for cocktails and would of intended to stay for a few more as we like Osbornes but were treated in a very judgemental manner, so we did not get to use the voucher at all and I will redeem for something else. Using wowcher and other sites your suppose to use these to promote your business and get new customers to go, that's the whole point of them surely. Dee

As a regular to Osbornes and know my drinks was disappointed with the third Gin and tonic as my daughter said this is not Gordons gin, as it was from the same bottle as mine i said it was. But after five minutes she said this drink is not gin. After i tasted it and smelt it, smelt like caramel so must of been a dirty glass. I did report it but nothing was done, so not happy with the service

The service here is horrible! 45 minutes for poached eggs and burnt toast (another half an hour to get a replacement with non burnt toast), 30 minutes for a tea and replacement eggs were hard not runny like there meant to be. 2 massive groups of people walked out after not being served because there was no one at the bar. Meanwhile all the staff are in the other section of the place where there were no guests. I have been travelling for a month and this was absolutely the worst dining experience.

Paid £8 for a breakfast of only £1 standard. 1 sausage 2 bacon 1 Black budding and mushrooms would rather give my dad aids that come here again .... poor in my opinion, very very poor. Fuming
