We have a new Sling Library and Drop in for you all. The lovely Rebecca is starting a second meet in Low Fell at St Helen's Church.
Come join me in St Helens to play slings from bump to preschool or just for a friendly ear. We will have plenty of tea and coffee available and space for the little ones to have a play.

Pictured, to the left, our directors Samantha and Aggie who volunteered to attend additional training from The School for Social Entrepreneurs, it's been an uplifting and inspiring process, changes have already begun and were working hard now to implement everything we can to keep Parenting North East strong into the future.

Laura And Joanna have had lovely morning trying on #AllTheSlings (!) It's been so much fun 😄😄 Joanna is our newest volunteer so you may see her if you pop in sometime. Remember we're on reduced opening hours over he holidays. Tues Weds Fri 10-2

HQ is open today for returns, sales, tuition and tea drinking and solidarity and there are CHILDREN EVERYWHERE

It's the summer holidays and we'd rather be hanging with our kids than chasing slings. PLEASE bring them back! That's 23 other families we can't help or £230 of income that we can't use to do more good. Thank you!

We encourage everyone to use whatever baby carrier works for them BUT this is a nice little video explaining infant hip development and how using certain kinds of slings can help develop a healthy hip joint for life :)

Went to sling meet yesterday wanted help with wearing my talipes daughter the ladies were so helpful and made me feel so welcome..! Thank u so much me and kallie are loving the lilliebaby x

We had a fantastic sling consultation with Carrie today and our 6 week old son! We are new parents and found the session really helpful - not just about sling info but also on a number of other parenting topics. Thanks again Carrie - see you soon x

These ladies are priceless, I wouldn't be the mamma I am today without them ���

These guys are amazing! Highly recommend, worth every penny!

Thanks to Clare who was very patient with me teaching me how to use a ring sling. I've only had it a day but me and baby love it. She even fell asleep really easily �

Huge thank you to Carrie Roberts, who I met yesterday at Newcastle Slingmeet. Being a sling-using Daddy I was daunted by it being a largely female community but this was totally put to rest by a warm welcome and a safe environment. I walked out with a Mei Tai on loan for a month and this morning 24 hours later my upper trapezius (where I suffered a trauma) is hurting less for the first time in months. See you again! x

Had a wonderful time at the 'wrap with ease' class on 27th June 2015. They had the class on a Saturday so I could still attend. I learnt loads of helpful things. I am now more confident wrapping my seat popper.

Can't thank the ladies enough for all the help and support today. Not to mention the very warm welcome and delicious coffee! Currently practicing with my ring sling with a doll....looking forward to the morning to fill it with my real baby girl haha!
