Currently writing a letter of complaint to Head Office regarding Pattinson's behaviour in relation to the (attempted) sale of my property, fallen through when I was lied to about surveys not taking place, only to find they'd accompanied the surveyor into my property and not told me until they phoned with the results. They're keen as mustard to get the viewings and offers, but they're hopeless after that. Only giving one star so I can post this review.
