Pfit Unit Coaching Facility Description

I eat, sleep and breathe health and fitness, I love helping others reach their goals by challenging them with new and interesting exercises while keeping them happy and motivated. My biggest reward as a trainer is seeing a client do things they couldn't do before.

Our services include. . . getting fit and healthy, leaning down in the quickest time possible, building incredible strength, boosting confidence and having fun along the way.

We help people at various abilities such as athletes, people wanting to get in shape and people just starting out.

We focus on THREE BIG fundamentals and that is through Training, Nutrition and Mindset, tracking progress weekly with our very own custom made app.

Katie Rose rising above her obstacles to accomplish a body she feels more comfortable and confident in.
Katie has an extremely busy and stressful work life but certainly doesn’t come in the way of trying to reach her desired body goals.
The pictures are fantastic but one thing that has shined on me is the effort gone in since she stepped foot into the building. The very first programme I designed was a confidence booster to get her used to the very basic movements and now sh...e’s smashing out the advanced programmes which isn’t for the faint hearted.
She’s very proud but not satisfied as she is still pushing on to achieve the body she wants.
A total loss of 9.4kg and 35.7cm around the full circumference within a 12 week period!

Small Group is exactly the same services as my 1-1 but you will be training in a group of 6. - 70% of the session is solely strength training. It’s where you progress in weight lifted and exercise selection then the results will follow! - This is hands down the best way to get results.... - Why do Small Group? As it’s only a 6 person max, I’m able to correct each individual member.... - 2. Its economical, this will fit into people’s budgets rather than 1-1 PT. - 3. It has variety, I Programme Small Group every 4 weeks as we progress and get stronger. - 4. Company!!! Training along side like minded people always helps to spur the endorphins on. - 5. I have loved every boot camp session that I have attended. They have been different and challenging every time. Phil is very supportive and pushes me when I think I can't do it. There's always a great atmosphere too!

I have been to so many different fitness groups and gyms but never got what I needed from them until I joined the bootcamp . None of the sessions I have attended have been repetitive or boring and have certainly worked me hard . Couldn’t recommend Phil anymore highly

Every session is different, I'm not massively into cardio however Phil mixes up both the cardio and weight parts well. I enjoy participating in both the sessions and the challenges he sets us in the Facebook group! � Phil is really motivating and pushes you to your limits, I also enjoy that we warm up at the beginning of the sessions because I have now taken some of this away to do in my own gym regime! �
