After a short holiday, I’ll be back at Causey Inn market tomorrow. I’ll have some yummy hand made goodies and this chocolate, caramel and pecan fudge is coming with me....

My thoughts are turning to next weeks delights, I've been asked for muscovado truffles, but is there anything else you'd like to see?

I shall be at South Causey Inn tomorrow, 10.30-2.00. Lemon Meringue fudge will be making a return (it's gorgeous!) along with a new one.....Turtle Fudge. No animals were harmed in the making of this, it's chocolate, caramel and pecans

Production is well underway for Causey Inn market tomorrow. There will be 4 types of truffle -peanut butter, Baileys, gin and tonic and milk chocolate. And introducing lemon meringue fudge, can't wait to taste this! Pop along 10.30-2.00 at South Causey Inn

It's been a busy week, with two fairs going on. As it's half term next week, I will have my hands full so wont be making any goodies until the week after. If you have any requests in the mean time, please let me know and I'll do my very best 😀

A little bit late, but happy new year to you all, whether you know me through flowers or chocolate. I hope you have a year that is filled with laughter, happiness and health. I'm currently working on some behind-the-scenes stuff, planning for the coming year, new things to try and seasonal flavours, so I'll keep you updated as things get sorted. I'm at South Causey Inn tomorrow, at the weekly craft and food market. Hand made delights on offer this week are coffee truffles, peanut butter truffles, limoncello creams, reaspberry truffles and a new addition for the tastebuds.....prosecco truffles. Come along and say hi

Wreath Workshop date is here!! Come along to Pelton Community Centre, 1st December, 10.00 - 1.00 and create your own unique door wreath for only £35, all materials included. Light refreshments available. Let me know if you're interested.

This is a busy time for me, but production will be starting tomorrow for fairs at The Venue, Coxhoe on Monday and Causey Inn on Tuesday. What truffles would you like to see on my stall? Limoncello? Peanut Butter? Muscovado? Nutella? Coffee?

Due to a bereavement, I won't be working until week commencing 17th September. Thank you for your understanding.

I'm off to go States side, so will be out of contact for a couple of weeks. I'll be on the look out for new ideas, and back at my kitchen in September. Enjoy the rest of the summer xx
