Where do I start? From the moment we walked into the showroom I knew this was the right company for us. From showroom to install this is a full family business and it really shows, you get that personal feeling you just don’t get with big companies. We weren’t chased round the showroom for a sale, Jessica let us know where to find her if we needed anything and left us alone.

Once we choose the stove we wanted Jessica and Sharon explained everything in detail, explained all of the options and were very open and upfront with costs. Next up was the survey by Dave who owns the company, what a genuine down to earth guy, very friendly and professional and the type of guy I had no problem leaving alone in my home once install time came.

Dave and Lee arrived to do the install, talked me through what to expect and got to work in no time at all, when he came across issues, I got solutions not excuses. Workmanship was second to none and I cannot thank Dave and the team enough. I wouldn’t even bother looking anywhere else, this is the only Stove company I’ll ever use.

The service is outstanding from Piping Hot Stoves , I honestly can’t praise the team enough . We walked into the showroom and greeted by such lovely staff made to feel so welcome from that point . As soon as the work commenced I knew we had done right thing . The lads grafted so hard and from what I thought could be a tough week of work been done in my home with two young children under their feet turned out to be a pleasure . Nothing was too much trouble they kept us fully informed of the progress and entertained by children by making work fun for them to be around . The end result is just perfect a very high standard of work and you would not think when they leave they had been expect for the stunning new feature in the home .

Well done guys it’s been a pleasure to meet you all and hope to see you all in the future for the next one .

Absolutely outstanding service. From someone who knows very little about stoves both Dave and Sharon were exceptionally helpful to make sure we chose the perfect stove for our home. They could not have been more helpful and welcoming if they tried. Safe to say 4 weeks later and I couldn’t be happier with my amazing Hwam stove. Everything from the tiling, plastering, and electrical work was all taken care of by Dave. So considerate in your home and unbelievably tidy. We have renovated our full home and it’s the first time I wasn’t waiting for it to be finished.So thankful to everyone at piping hot stoves for my new fantastic stove. You have transformed my kitchen...
