First time ordering food from here and have to say the kebab feast was absolutely beautiful so much so we have rang the restaurant and told them personally. Will definately be ordering from here for our kebabs from now on ��

Went right down hill, food shit and can’t even get simple order right!!!!

We use pizza melt a few times per week. Tonight I rang an order at 10.20pm, by 11.10pm I rang to ask how long it would be and was shouted at by a very exasperated worker who clearly was very annoyed I'd rang back. I was told they were making it now (50 mins after placing the order!) after all that it finally turned up at 11.50pm a total of 1 and a half hours later! Certainly will never use again. Disgusting!!
Usually love the food, tonight's pizza was greasy, basically no filling other than jalapeño and red onion and the attitude of the staff when I rang about it was terrible!! Been a regular customer for a long time but will be going elsewhere in future
Used to be fantastic. Seems have gone down hill quite rapidly. Ordered a burger on Tuesday night to be told upon collection straight from work they had ran out of salad! So they had put what they had left on. Got home and was full of onion and jalapeños that was it! The quality wasn't great either. My partner called tonight to give them the benefit of doubt as they are normally really good. He asked if they had salad in as the quality wasn't very good on the last order to be told abruptly they haven't had any other complaints! He then said ok that's fine are you wanting me to try another take away or would you like to resolve the situation. His reply was if that's what you want to do then order from another takeaway!! Shocking customer service hence to say the other takeaway got our business and the food quality puts pizza melt Dudley to shame! We shall not be ordering from you again!
The fooods stinking makes u feel ill for the next week
My husband just came home with a burnt pizza!! Seriously it was more black than cheese coloured!! How can you let that go out?? �
From reading the reviews I think you's need to close down and get some cooking lessons..... I'm surprised yous even make a wage no wonder the shops called pizza melt!!....
Absolutely shocking this service, placed an order got delivered to then have 2 things missing rung back up to be told you got what you ordered! Then told not to order again, don't worry I'll not be using your service again!
