Our lovely Matt is taking part in the great north run tomorrow and is running in honour of Susan who had worked for us for over 30 years. Susan, Matts mother in law, recently past away after a very short battle with lung cancer so please support Matt with as little or as much as you can! Thank you from all at pizzeria francesca xx

Of course im sure most of you already know that Susan was the longest serving member of the team. She had worked with us pre francesca's for a total of 37 years. She will be very sadly missed by everybody!!! Please join us to say farewell on Monday 20th July @ 12pm West Road crematorium. The restaurant will be closed in the afternoon and reopen at 5pm. See you there!!!

Visiting from Edinburgh yesterday. This was my second visit to this restaurant. Great staff, fantastic food. Yes, you wait in line but can have your wine while you wait. It's fun xx Can't wait for our next visit.

My husband has been going here since he was small and I’ve been going the ten years I’ve known him. Never had a bad meal and love the atmosphere here we will be back next week 👍

My favourite restaurant ever! I have been coming here for years! It's a firm favourite with all my friends and family. I love the fact that you can stand in the quee and have a drink.. the anticipation of the delicious food awaits! Such an amazing menu with so much choice at a very reasonable price! The portion sizes are very generous and there's always a variety of specials. It has an unique bustling atmosphere, even on a Wednesday night! It has a very authentic Italian feel and the waiters are very friendly and accommodating. I just love it!! The house wine is fabulous too! You must try it! 👏🏻👌🍕🍝🍾🥂
