The service I've had has always been amazing! Very prompt at great prices and very accurate advice from Fran, I love the sleekeze for the horses and dogs, the Haas brushes are unbelievably good I was really impressed which doesn't happen easily! And thanks to Fran's recommendation of the MTG my sweetitch horse had a full mane and tail this year! He's not itched at all that I've seen and I apply it every 2 days as it stays on the skin but it's also easily washed out for shows unlike other creams I've used in the past, cannot recommend enough

Can't thank Polished Ponies enough for the help that they gave me in choosing a HAAS brush pack for my awkward horse! They arrived this week, so quickly after placing an order, beautifully wrapped. Can't wait to start using them!

Amazing brushes only used them for a few seconds as my girls are unrugged and didn't want to remove the oils from their coat. I am very very impressed and am looking forward to spring to use them properly! Pics in comments

I bought the maximum effect coat dye for my horse whose black coat had been bleached by the sun. Although there was some difference, he was still more of a dark bay horse then black, and I had used the entire bottle which was disappointing as it's not very cheap. He's a large horse and I felt the application with a brush or cloth wasn't very good, as it soaked in rather than giving him a good covering. Also, leaving on for 30 minutes did not make any difference, I ended up leaving on for a lot longer but still not much effect.



The product came quickly and packaged nicely so no issues there- thank you. For the Nationals, I'd probably have to buy 2-3 bottles to really make an effect which is a lot of money!
