The after sales service is fantastic, had a problem with a fluvial timer so sent it back and a couple of days later I received a call from Graham to let me know that a replacement was on its way and that he was just checking that someone will be in to take delivery. This is how a company should be run, great after sales and friendly staff. I would give it 10 stars if I could �

Prompt friendly service and even got a friendly phone call to arrange when I wanted my aquarium and cabinet! :) and ALL round good advice given as well. I have to say I'm 100% impressed and will be returning to buy other things from here again. I ran into a small problem when assembling the cabinet, I discovered a screw missing, so contacted them not really excepting anything as it was out of hours, but they have and promised to chase it up next day. Seems they even go above and beyond for you. :)

Ordered uv lamps on Saturday, delivered today (Tuesday). If Sunday hadn't been in the way I'm sure we would have got them the following day. Excellent service. Also phoned with a query, dealt with in the same efficient way.

Ordered a few items from Pond Planet based on their availability and prices compared to my usual shop that is use. So this was my first order with Pond Planet. It arrived quickly and very well packed, although the order had an error in it, I phoned them and spoke to Tim was remarkable in sorting the issue out quickly and efficiently, has sent out the replacement part, no questions asked. Perfect customer service backed up by a really good website with keen prices. I will be back and will be spreading the word. Thank you very much indeed

Great service, fast delivery - thank you Tim - You provided a great service and made me a bespoke package for what I needed plus the price was fair. If I had one criticism it would be to send plugs with the pumps. Luckily I could chop them off the old pumps but it'd be annoying for anyone without them.



The good news is I can see my fish again and the pumps are mean machines - thank you!

Fantastic sales service and follow up. Their pond liner prices are the best in the UK by some margin coupled with superfast courier delivery makes a great company to buy from.

Bought some items online ( Oase fountain kit and extension set ) from the website on a Sunday, phone rang and it was pond planet just checking to see if what I had ordered would do the job I had bought them for . Then there was the offer of when they arrived to ring them and they would take me through step by step to get the items to work . I have NEVER had customer service like this from any company before and on a SUNDAY!!!!! Even had a little gift in the box lol . Would 100% recommend these guys and i wouldn't go anywhere else for my pond or aquarium products now .
