Today marks Firefighters Memorial Day. Across the country at midday firefighters came together to observe a minutes silence to honour more than 2,300 firefighters who have lost their lives. Our crew from Northumberland Fire and Rescue Service Ponteland were joined by Councillors from Ponteland Town Council. What did you do over the Easter Weekend?
The firefighters at Ponteland spent some of their time practicing their RTC techniques including A/B post roof flaps, dash roll, internal space creation and much more.
We train regularly to make sure we’re ready when needed.
