Really good gym, really enjoy cuming hear and good equipment highly recommend it,,, oh and nt forgettin the personal training too at a really good price, so y not give it a try,,, especially us girlies,,, too many men hahaha’┐Į

Really good gym!! Quality old school equipment, intense and a good intimidating atmosphere... Really good vibe and environment if your someone who works out and wanting to get the job done! Full of inspiring members and staff with a good attitude and full of great advice... Everyone is 1 big happy family until we put our heads down, scream at eachother and do what we love doing which is Killing it in th gym and lifting heavy ass weight!! Only NOT suitable for pussy lifters and crossfitters’┐ĮBest gym in South Shields!!

Oustanding Gym, great equipment with still an old school vibe, excellent staff and easily approachable, Doesn't matter if your thin /fat / in shape or out shape, your treat the same at this gym (Y) been a member for years, don't intend on moving!

My club Kong sai martial arts has been at powerhouse for a few years now I must say its the best gym in the northeast

Love this place. Shall train here as long as I live in South shields. Not a thing wrong with the place. Staff are sound the layout of the gym is mint and love the old school vibe. Love how there is no judgements in there either. Not like lifestyle where I first ever trained and it's who's got the biggest cock on their head. Stay classy powerhouse ;)

Love this gymn friendly and the Pt is brill not a bad word can be said.No pretentious arseholes .

I love this place, best gym around by a mile with great staff n great atmosphere.

I donŌĆÖt know where to start. I never been to a gym that provides u with such a amazing atmosphere!!! The ppl made me feel welcome and treated me like I been going there for ages. On a daily basis the tunes r bouncing and the banter is flowing.

Great gym, very friendly members and staff, started out a few weeks ago but everyone has been extremely helpful! Michael is a quality PT/inductor, would highly recommend!

I have Frequented powerhouse for years, Even more so come January when rhys iles takes the helm , he has big plans and I'm confident he will make them come true.
