Unfortunately, our business phone was lost on Saturday and it’s took until now (Wednesday) to get it sorted. It’s been a nightmare with passwords etc to get everything up & running again. We had let a few customers down on Monday and this was due to all the information about jobs being held on our phone.... Owing to all of the above we were unable to contact our customers who were booked in. This was out of our control and we apologise to those customers who were affected. We have now got a back-up in place to ensure this never happens again.

Can we ask our customers if we are speaking on the phone to book a job and we arrange for you to send addresses and post codes via message (because we are driving or in the middle of a removal and cant take information there and then) if you 100% want booked in please can you send information straight across as we cant hold dates/times without this information and a few occasions details have been sent hours/days later and the times originally arranged are no longer available so please for your own sake to guarantee the date/time you would like please can you send this information straight across. When opening a storage container not knowing what's to move. Thinking is this going to be a nightmear of a job or not. This was one of the nice ones to open 😀

❗❗ATTENTION❗❗ Just a reminder to our customer's Although some may think we are asking "to many questions" we ask for this information so that we can arrange removals around one an other. So when we ask for a list of items please be sure to add EVERYTHING that you are wanting to be moved in the van. This has become a regular problem now when we ask for a list of items we are getting told a list we write a job sheet out get to the removal and a lot more has been added some may ...ask how this is a problem this is why.... 1, we have given a price based on the list of items. 2, we have timed the removal based on the list of items. 3, we have arranged the next removal based on the list of items. Failing to give us a correct list resulted in us being late for next job that then leads to bad reviews witch everyone can see we work very hard to keep a good reputation and good reviews! Undercutting our selves! more stress being added. So please if we ask questions and your needing a removal please be clear in what you need moved otherwise if we turn up and theres alot more items been added (without few days notice prior to removal) we are going to have to either just take the items first listed or the removal will have to be charged at our hourly rate. needed a removal for my elderly parents downsizing to a bungalow , not a lot of furniture but lots of stuff they ve accumulated over the 40 yrs they d lived in the house , they lads were very helpful and patient , whole job went smoothly , and for a good price as well , thankyou very much

Would like to say massive thanks to Chris and his mate who moved my mum last Saturday 1st July from Gilley Law into Dovecote Meadow and then later went back and did house clearance for us. Nothing to much bother for them and worked hard they never stopped. Very reasonable rates and we would recommend Premier Removals to anybody looking for good service. Thanks once again lads.

Used Premier Removals at the end of January and was so impressed used them again. A last minute job after completion date was confirmed, the lads braved the horrendous weather on Wednesday to empty a garage and transport everything to another. Great customer service and value for money. Will definitely be using them again in the future.
