What a challenging year it has been for us both new owners and management.
We would just like to thank all staff for there hard work and dedication this past year without them this could not happen.
... We are sad to see 1 section of the rating safe as requires improvement however, as stated in the reports this was due to moving medication suppliers in the middle of the inspection so hiccups were evident.
I hope you are all as proud as we are 😍🙏

As a Carer you'll watch me do things and instantly judge me for them, you'll look down your nose and see me as nothing more than someone that deals with other people's body fluids and makes cups of tea.

The Mayor and Mayoress Christine Pearson, Kathleen Pearson and the lovely CLL Geoff Walker of Health and Social Care for Sunderland City Council Doing the honours of opening our lovely garden. What an absolute amazing day £271 raised today all for the residents 😍

Does anyone know who we can donate old blankets / bedding to in the area? 9 black bags full here to collect immediately perfect for dog kennels maybe?

Our before and after. Still lots of improvement to be made however the biggest part is now done. Two very large tree stumps removed which took time and lots of effort. All foliage dug up and cleared and turfed the area. 😍

My partner was in Primrose Care Home for a weekends respite and i have to say the care she recieved was second to none. Nothing was too much bother for any of the staff. The home is clean, tidy and very well maintained. All the staff are very welcoming its like one big family. All the staff and manager should be proud of what they are doing. I was that pleased with the care my partner recieved i am hoping to make it a regular respite place for her.
