Windows in taking shape

Cages fitted to plot three this week, concreted in the boots of cage today ready for brickies Monday to put in ring beam then pour the full raft next week.

Plot two well past first floor. Second lift scaffold on Tuesday next week. Lads in tomorrow to put in all upstairs stud walls. First fix electrics done today downstairs.

Got the roof on plot one this week, all fascia and guttering aswell, looking good. Scaffold down on Monday and Windows booked in for Tuesday.

Cracking on

Flying now, new brickie squad is like a breath of fresh air, should have changed out the last lot sooner. Got the first floor joists in and floor down. Second lift of scaffold going up tomorrow, thanks to Anth from sunderland scaffolding first class company and staff, just makes our life easier.

First part of concrete poured on plot one. Brickwork up to level to take main raft which will be poured on Tuesday. Cages being fitted to plot two. We will see some proper progress in next few weeks.

Cages have arrived. Rear patio area stoned up.

350 tonne of dolomite sub base laid for first two houses. Cages due on site end of week. Next week 60 cubic meters of concrete to complete the raft. All being well !!

Preliminary groundworks have been completed yesterday with just over 100 tonnes of concrete been removed!

With the snow melted, we've started on the groundworks making good progress this week!

Fence up one day, winter the next. A cold start to our new development.
