The staff here couldn't have been more helpful, especially Liz. My parents bought a Citigo and they arranged for me to pick it up as a surprise. The staff hid the car, came up with a back story to help pull of the surprise and couldn't have been more helpful in ensuring it was kept a secret. A fab car and great staff, our family wound defiantly purchase from here again!

The service we got from Stuart and the team at Pulman skoda was absolutely first class. No baffling statistics that only a petrolhead would understand. Just lets negotiate a price. We appreciated that . This is a post from two very happy customers. We would definitely travel from north east Scotland to pulman skoda in Durham to do business again. Keep up the good service Stuart.

The car we bought was a skoda Octavia elegance and as can be seen in the enclosed photos that any golfer can easily fit clubs, trolley and all accessories in the gigantic boot with absolute ease. That was my most desired request in choosing the Octavia.

I would just like to thank the lovely staff at the new Skoda garage at Belmont Durham for a fantastic service, including the Skoda assist service. Although I have a lease/company car the customer care was second to none. The new showroom is fab, the staff are welcoming and friendly and can't do enough for you. After breaking down (very unusual after me and "Verity" my VRS have covered 89,000 in two years without any issues) and ringing Skoda everything from AA to getting a lift home and a hire car coming up from Leeds for me within a few hours was fantastic. Highly recommend, thank you so much.

I visited enquiring about a new Skoda and was met by Elizabeth in Sales. She was very approachable, friendly and helpful. Certainly far from the pushy type of sales people you find at many other dealerships. Great customer service and I will be giving them my custom.

He listened to what I wanted, what my price range was and went through a bunch of options Phil was patient. From start to finish , as i had a bad experience at a another garage, so was unsure on pcp ,he kept me informed and involved me in every step of the process - the whole thing was so transparent! Phil really cared about getting the right car for me which was great! I am over the moon with my red line Fabia and can't thank Phil enough! Oh and the sales manager as he was also great - really friendly and helpful. Thanks to all!�

Excellent :) Bought a used Yeti from Stuart last week, nice chap to deal with and very efficient!. Had a couple of very minor issues which were sorted out very quickly indeed, nothing was too much trouble for Stuart or the service team. I even got a free sausage bun and a hot choccy while I waited.



Being disabled the level of service a dealership provides makes all the difference and I can't fault Pulman Skoda at all, very professional and courteous. The service team collected the car this morning and returned it tonight as promised. Makes a nice change from other dealerships I've previously used. Well done :D

The showroom was spotlessly clean & smelled of nice new cars which gleamed in the lights.

There was no waiting around (it was roughly 18:45pm) when we went it so it was quieter admittedly but we could've still been made to wait or told to come back which we were not.

Within half an hour i had my car picked, ordered, all the paperwork filled in & walked away the proud owner of a gorgeous brand new quartz grey skoda Fabia.

Again to re-iterate i would highly recommend Pulman Skoda in Durham to anybody.

Bought a car from Pulman Skoda in Durham few weeks ago, Roger was my sales adviser. He was excellent, and made the car purchase very smooth, the whole experience was fantastic. Roger kept me in touch with what was happening and even sent a video of the car getting valeted prior to my collection!





Everything was spot on, had an issue with the clutch but Pulman sorted it out quickly. The only downhill I had was that I was informed that the vehicle would have a 12 month MOT but it only had just around 11 months but not a major issue. Would use the retailer again.

The car we bought was a skoda Octavia elegance and as can be seen in the enclosed photos that any golfer can easily fit clubs, trolley and all accessories in the gigantic boot with absolute ease. That was my most desired request in choosing the Octavia.

Although I have a lease/company car the customer care was second to none. The new showroom is fab, the staff are welcoming and friendly and can't do enough for you. After breaking down (very unusual after me and "Verity" my VRS have covered 89,000 in two years without any issues) and ringing Skoda everything from AA to getting a lift home and a hire car coming up from Leeds for me within a few hours was fantastic. Excellent :) Bought a used Yeti from Stuart last week, nice chap to deal with and very efficient!. Had a couple of very minor issues which were sorted out very quickly indeed, nothing was too much trouble for Stuart or the service team. I even got a free sausage bun and a hot choccy while I waited.



Being disabled the level of service a dealership provides makes all the difference and I can't fault Pulman Skoda at all, very professional and courteous. The service team collected the car this morning and returned it tonight as promised. Makes a nice change from other dealerships I've previously used. Well done :D

There was no waiting around (it was roughly 18:45pm) when we went it so it was quieter admittedly but we could've still been made to wait or told to come back which we were not.

Within half an hour i had my car picked, ordered, all the paperwork filled in & walked away the proud owner of a gorgeous brand new quartz grey skoda Fabia.

Bought a car from Pulman Skoda in Durham few weeks ago, Roger was my sales adviser. He was excellent, and made the car purchase very smooth, the whole experience was fantastic. Roger kept me in touch with what was happening and even sent a video of the car getting valeted prior to my collection!





Everything was spot on, had an issue with the clutch but Pulman sorted it out quickly. The only downhill I had was that I was informed that the vehicle would have a 12 month MOT but it only had just around 11 months but not a major issue. Would use the retailer again.
