Took delivery of our brand spanking new Yeti Outdoor L&K today. Really pleased with the look of the car, it's our 2nd Yeti. Great friendly staff, decent free coffee and pleasant seating area. Only downside no free biscuits, but the surroundings more than made up for that. Thank you Silbury you are now on our christmas card list.

Silbury Skoda got to grips with the DPF problems on the Roomster and within two hours it was totally fixed. Its a shame the other Newcastle Skoda dealer did not have the great knowledge, capability and all round great customer service approach Silbury have shown me, when they "trashed" the engine on this vehicle due to incompetency. Just had wifes car karen ogle returned after repair to headlight of octavia vrs. Car was collected and returned to place of work and had been fully cleaned inside and out. Fantastic service as usual. Well done to all silbury staff
