Congratulations to Ann Carson on winning a stargazing weekend with us at the Redesdale Arms.

User

We hope all our customers are safe and warm today after the extreme conditions these last few days. If you are able to venture out, we're serving Sunday Roasts all day today - we'd love to see you. OK its too cold to sit out and admire the views from the Redesdale Arms, but its ever so cosy in our lounge!

What a fantastic place this is!! In the middle of the countryside with fantastic views!! The hosts, Carol and Mark are very welcoming and are very knowledgeable on the area and very accommodating. The rooms are lovely and very reasonable at the cost. The food is beautiful and also very reasonable!! We are going back later this year and I highly recommend this place!!

User

We stopped at The Redesdale Arms for dinner last night, and I'd highly recommend it. The atmosphere was lovely with friendly, helpful staff. There was a good choice of food on the menu (including a children's menu), at reasonable prices. When the food was served it was piping hot, and really was excellent value for money. I'd definitely return, not only for the food, but the delicious pink gin & elderflower tonic!!🍸Thank you for a lovely meal 😀

We have been here a number of times and the food and service is always spot on. Thank you very much. We would recommend a visit any time.

This was the second Mother's Day we'd spent here for a meal. The staff were nothing short of fantastic once again. The food was superb and with a good selection for our vegetarian Mams. The kids were well catered for and loved playing in the small adjacent garden.

Set in stunning scenery, the Redesdale is simply the best family orientated venue we've found. We'll definitely be back.

This place was lovely from the minute we arrived, headed straight the bar for a drink, 2 lovely ladies on the bar, very pleasant and friendly which immediately tells me this is a nice place..Room was immaculately clean and the heating was on so lovely and warm and cosy..back down to the bar for a few more drinks, the locals were in and they were all very friendly too..breakfast the following morning was served by the same young girl who was on the bar on the afternoon she was again very nice asking how we had enjoyed our evening, lady serving breakfast also lovely..we will stay there again definetly, bet it’s beautiful in the summer.Thank you Redesdale Arms for your service and hospitality.

User

This evening we enjoyed a lovely family meal out, to welcome Tom home. We went to the Redesdale Arms Hotel nr Rochester. We would highly recommend it - superb views, good beer, excellent modestly priced food (including innovative vegetarian options) and kind and helpful service. Good disabled facilities, too. Thank you to the staff there. And welcome home for the summer,

Tom Bolam-Peel! .

Stayed there over the weekend for my cousins wedding. Staff was friendly and helpful. Even drove us over to the wedding location. Room was very nice and the view was amazing. Even saw a rainbow with my morning coffee. Cheers!

Just returned from Stargazing weekend, amazing. We were very lucky to get such lovely cold sunny weather, the stargazing was excellent and the accommodation, food and hospitality was excellent too. Well done Carrol and team, highly recommended

User

I love this place , stayed for 3 nights , views are amazing , the rooms are clean , really good value for money , the food was lush , staff are brilliant , couldn't do enough for me, (even helped to get my car out when it was stuck in snow) perfect place to watch the stars , will be back soon , great place for a night away

User

Had a lovely three night stay at this hotel whilst attending a wedding at a close by venue. Staff are all amazing and so helpful and friendly. They even offered to take my friends to collect their car from the wedding venue if they wanted to drive over and get a taxi back! Food was superb.Plenty of choice for breakfast and for evening meals so happy to eat in. If you are in Otterburn for a wedding then this hotel is an ideal alternative to the venues which can be costly. We stayed on for an extra day to check out the area and thoroughly enjoyed our mini break.

User
