We called in here Wednesday I think :) we've not yet to bought anything but what a great friendly welcome and the advice giving ( to all our 100) questions was spot on , we had our 4yr old son with us who literally lay on the floor in front of your turtle tank and didn't move the whole time :) the young man working at the shop at the time was lovely with him told him loads of (cool) stuff my sons words � will highly recommend and definitely be coming back over and over !!!!!

This shop is the best I've visited I have bought fish and they all still happy. Steve the owner will go above and beyond to help

you. If your like me and not sure on variety, then Steve is your man.. He saved me a fortune on his advice for my pond and as his very first customer I can see already that the shop will be a big hit. I hope everyone keeps coming back because I know I will. The prices are very good too.

My partner and daughter visited today to pick up some new additions to our tank and some fish for our daughters new tank. The fish are gorgeous. He said the staff were really friendly and knowledgeable and the place was immaculate. Will definitely be visiting again!

Love this place ...Steve and Debbie are great people who know more than I ever could ...just picked up my 2 bearded dragons after boarding with them and they were looked after fantastic and were so happy and full of life.I noticed a marked difference than last year when they were boarded(won't say who with) else where ...thanks guys x and a huge thanks from.Luke and Lola x

Just got my 2 leopard geckos,Crestie and tortoise back today from lodging at the shop for the weekend. They were well looked after. We visited the shop a few time prior to leaving our pets, thr staff are very knowledgeable and we have had great chats with Steve. Would definitely recommend this shop. Just bought a pet tortoise today and got home and realised I had come home with a tortoise table and not what I wanted. I rang the store and the service was outstanding went out of way to help me and also were full of information about my pet and how to care for it. Would recommend this store to anyone as they went out their way to help me and made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in. Even offer advice after purchasing a pet which is different to other stores as once you buy a pet your pretty much alone. Thank you.

Just bought a frog and bearded dragon with full setups. Great experience, very easy process and highly recommended. Great prices too.

I took a trip to the shop today with my partner&&daughter. Fantastic shop best around here by far. Will be back again the end of this week to purchase some of the wonderful coloured fighters we were looking at this morning. Hopefully the big toad will be out this time to have a look.

the first thing that I noticed is that the shop is immaculately clean ( Sad to say but this is not the norm ) then we got a very friendly welcome by the owners ( Steve & Debbie ).

I needed some information on what kind of lizard to get.... the amount of knowledge was amazing and you could hear the love and passion for the animals as they spoke x

This is how pet shops should be and I would highly recommend it.

Got a baby leopard gecko and set up and the guy was very helpful and had loads of useful information and I would highly recommended to my friends and family

Fantastic store very helpful . Highly recommend to all fish keepers and reptile enthusiasts . Excellent prices to boot I will be returning .

Bought a tortoise and full set up from here for Christmas. It was all set up for and ready to be picked up on Christmas Eve, can't thank you enough for all the help and advice I was given. Everyone at the shop are so welcoming and helpful, would highly recommend them to anyone. Will definitely be going back again.

Awesome our Crested Gecko is absolutely adorable and brilliant value with the vivarium, accessories, heat mat and everything we need - really chuffed with our little lizard and thank you so much :)

Amazing shop definitely the best reptile shop ever, already purchased 2 beautiful royal pythons my fire male and my bumble bee female now gonna buy the lemon blast Steve had to put on display a think he knows when am coming into the store, he's got some excellent knowledge of royal python and helped me out when I had questions and brilliant prices which you couldn't argue about thanks Steve
