Went on 23rd dec for breakfast with Santa and loved it! Our 8 year old believes and we thought it was amazing value for money xx hopefully if he believes next year we will be back xxx

Went for Santa visit today my boys absolutely loved it they had a lovely chat took their time didnt feel rushed and Santa was fab with them will definitely be back next year thank you xx

We visited Sunday 5th December to take my Grandaughter to visit Santa. Queue was huge for Santa-so I had to go to coffee shop until my daughter and son in law got into Santa's passaway due to back condition. We must have be in line for 40/45 minutes and we were afraid we would get to front and he would go for lunch but just got through in time. Was worth it to see her little face Chloe loved Santa and had a good old chat with him explained she had been good� this year. We then went to coffee shop for our lunch reasonably priced and food was delicious. Only problem was getting out of car park as people waiting for spaces were impatient and weren't leaving enough room for cars to reverse out. We will go back again next year but perhaps not so late in the day.

We love the Richardson garden center santa.. Hes as real as it gets .. Our grandchildren are amazed by him every year... Thank you for making it so real for them � x

We came to see Santa and the Reindeers back in December. The set up for Santa was really good and Santa himself was lovely. My little boy loved it.

Visited the garden centre yesterday with my granddaughter. I especially love it come Xmas time. The range of decorations is amazing (although a little pricey) but it's like my nana used to say "you only get what you pay for". We visited Santa's grotto and the reindeer and my granddaughter was amazed. Had a truly lovely few hours there and very reasonable prices in the cafe too. The staff I found were very friendly and my granddaughter fell in love with the Elf lol �

This place is amazing, it has everything you would want, need and more. The staff are really helpful and lovely. We Love the cafe, and love coming around now to see their amazing reindeer and we always get a new bauble for Christmas from their massive selection of decorations.

Thanks to George and his wife for helping us out, what a great stock of cartridges and noting too much trouble. Worth driving past our local shooting supplier and a further 25 miles to get great service and excellent prices.

Never fails to deliver Christmas! Amazing selection of decorations,trees and lights. Santa was amazing as ever we wouldnt go anywhere else! Love the seeds from santa to grow our own Christmas tree this year!

Incredible place. Bin going a few years now as my father does the adopt a reindeer for my children. Always amazed by the friendly staff and the care and knowledge of all the reindeers. My children and myself absolutely love spending time here. �

Absolutely thrilled at the amazing customer service and professional service when ordering 11, large Rowan Trees from Richardson’s for corporate events. From beginning to end nothing was too much trouble and the care and attention to detail for each customer receiving a tree with its own pack was brilliant. All trees were well received and looked after, held at the store and delivered to venues around the north east. Will definitely continue to use this garden centre regularly! Fantastic.

And when i told him that she is a great help to me when im poorly as i have a medical condition he wished us both well and told her how amazing she is. I really couldn't speak more highly of him. Highly recommended thank you for making both of our days xxx

Rang up to try and book the Santa breakfast and the lady on the phone was so rude and abrupt! I asked about paying over the phone as I'm not local and she literally bit my head off! Glad I found out now as if this what some staff are like then I wouldn't want to bring my children, not very Christmas spirited at all! Cheer up love!�
