R. I. P. S. A. W is a acronym for Realistic Involuntary Personal Safety and Wisdom.
Its is a Self Defence Club that anybody (over the age of 16) can join and learn how to effectively defend themselves in simple and easy methods.
Learn the use of Reasonable Force and when it is appropriate to engage physically and when it is not.

The principles of R. I. P. S. A. W are mainly that from a Military and Police background and has a combatives approach of defence, but also includes elements from a number of different Martial arts, Aikido, Brazillian Jui jitsu, MMA, etc.
The Founder and chief instructor is a current Instructor for the British Combat Association and also a ex British Army Paratrooper.
