A job carried out last week by our installers in Sunderland, original 1920s windows removed and replaced with these beautiful golden oak, A rated energy efficient double glazed windows.
What a difference!

Interesting find by our fitting team this week.
When removing windows from properties we often come across old news papers in the cavity, but this week two of our fitters were removing original windows from a house in Fulwell, Sunderland which were fitted in 1920. They found this old "Wills gold flake" cigarette packet. The home owner has kept the packet and is interested to find out more about it.
Can anyone tell us anything about it? ... Have you found anything when renovating your house?

We would highly recommend RLM. They fitted a guardian roof to our gable end conservatory to make it into a more useable space. The team were lovely & did a great job. We’re really pleased with the result.

We had a Composite front door supplied and fitted by RLM today. From start to finish the service was very friendly and professional. The fitter turned up on time and tidied up fully before leaving. The new door looks fantastic and we couldn't be happier with the end result for a great price. I mentioned we also had a draught coming through a window and RLM fixed this for no extra charge. We highly recommend RLM.

Ricky and his team recently fitted our new front door. The old one was wooden, old and let in all the cold. The new composite door is amazing. Ricky gave us an unbeatable quote and the door was ready for fitting in less than 3 weeks. It took the guys a couple of hours to fit it and it looks amazing. They removed the old one and took away all of the mess. I was left with a lovely clean entrance and a warm home.

It's not very often you get trades people in who are friendly, approachable and conscience. The lads who fitted our Guardian roof did an outstanding job and went further than your average Joe! They kept the place clean throughout the job and also took great time and care in making sure that they left the place tidy when they had completed the job. I was a bit sceptical about the benefits of a Guardian roof but since it's been fitted I can instantly notice and feel how much warmer it is. I'd highly recommend a Guardian roof and highly recommend RLM to install it. Top job done by top lads.

Fantastic job on our new windows and front door this week. We found Ricky very professional and friendly when he initially came to complete the quote and knew that we could trust him. There was no attempt to hard sell anything and Ricky listened to what we wanted and provided good advice. Extremely pleased with the finished result and everything looks great. The guys came to fit and despite all the shoddy work from the builders they managed to get the old door out and the new one in! These guys were great, kept me up to date with everything they were doing. They were very clean and tidy and I would highly recommend this company.

The prices are very reasonable for the quality of the door and the workmanship.

Absolutely outstanding service! Best experience I've ever had dealing with a building company. From Ricky's first visit to the last bit of dust swept up, I have been so impressed. The fitters were incredible, their attitude was positive, workmanship immaculate and they looked after my home like it was their own. They even won over my very nervous dog who doesn't like noise.
