RMS Locotec are a UK based railway company specialising in track maintenance and locomotive hire.

Rail Management Services Ltd. trading as RMS Locotec are industrial railway specialists with locomotive hire and track maintenance divisions. The locomotive hire division currently leases Class 08 locomotives to power stations across the UK and has bases at Rossington, Doncaster and Stanhope, County Durham, and a workshop in Wolsingham, County Durham; the latter being where locomotives go for maintenance and full repainting plus vinyl logos carried out by our highly skilled team.

Track maintenance patrol and maintain railway tracks at power stations throughout the UK and at two heritage railways, Weardale in County Durham and Dartmoor in Devon, with offices in Rossington, Doncaster and Stanhope, County Durham.
