I love the way that resistance training has transformed the shape of my body over the past couple of years after being a slave to the pavements and thinking running was the only exercise. Never have i felt as positive about my body as I do recently. A healthy relationship with food and healthy thoughts regarding my body in general- no self hate! less unhelpful criticism! More goal setting and positive self development! 💪💙🍑 Theres a common misconception that when females lift weights their physique becomes manly! this is simply untrue - lifting weights turns you into a badass fox with limitless zen. I’ve been having personal training sessions for just over a month and am really enjoying it. I’m an aerialist and Rosie always designs my workout to compliment the training I already do. Great knowledge, fun sessions and I always feel like I’ve worked really hard.
Got to say that I’m having such a good time with Rosie! I’ve just finished my 3rd session and honestly, I really do feel so much stronger, more flexible and happy to be doing something for myself rather than for two tiny humans. I’ve never been an ‘exerciser’ but it’s so nice to have someone to keep you right and take all the anxiety away. You just have to do what she tells you! Loving it. Thank you!! X
