We always eat here ... have done since I was a child... the best fish and chips in Whitby ... lovely crisp light batter and proper chips ... the staff are always friendly and helpful too xxx
This is the second time we've eaten here. The staff were friendly and professional and I overheard them trying to accommodate someone's dietary requirements at another table. The steak pie was really tasty (pastry was ever so slightly soggy underneath but not enough to complain). Loved the crinkly chips and great gravy. Thanks ladies, we'll see you again next time!
The fish was beautiful. Loved our chips. And the whole restaurant was spotless including Toilets. Staff very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our meal. Thank you.

The Best Fish n Chip Restaurant in Whitby, very friendly staff, courteous, helpful and the Fish n Chips are gorgeous!!!
Small special was enough for me which included pot of tea and pot of water...delicious and a great cuppa
Really tasty π lovely white fish, crispy batter, scrummy chips. Quick service with a smile, lovely friendly staff. Will definitely go back next time I visit Whitby π.
Outstanding food and service as always. It's a family tradition that we have our lunch here just before Christmas. Last night the Willow Cake Shop Team popped in after delivering a wedding cake to Scarborough. Our food arrived within 10 minutes and it was delicious. Thanks guys. οΏ½

I travelled from australia and on my list was to go to Whitby to this fish and chip place as i was last time 43 years ago and the fish and chips are still out of this world great taste and perfect chips .I more likely go next year to same place as the whole town is alive and good to be there.Keep the great fish and chips going ok.
