Looking forward to seeing all the boys and girls tomorrow for another exciting term. Please can your child wear or bring in suitable footwear for sports activities for the next couple of weeks 😊

Pre-school is now closed for half-term and we re-open on Tuesday 4th June. The last 2 weeks the children have been busy threading and decorating butterflies for a banner which will be displayed in Sadberge Church for their Creation Celebrations which is from 2nd June till 16th June. The church will be open on Saturdays, Sundays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 11am till 4pm to see all the wonderful creations. Have a lovely half-term 😊

Good morning, the sun is shining today and it's going to be hot so please remember sunhats and to apply suncream to your child before coming into pre-school. If your child is in all day please send suncream to be reapplied at lunch time 😊

Don't forget it's photo day today from 9.15 till 12.30. If your child does not attend today you can bring them along during the morning before 12. Siblings welcome xxx

Thank you everyone who took part in our sponsored hop/jump. We have raised an amazing amount of £323.20! So far we have purchased a new gate, a fantastic puppet theatre and puppets and lots of creative supplies for the children. Again a huge thank you, your support is greatly appreciated xxx

For your information only Pre-school is open as normal tomorrow, voting is on in the main hall which won't affect the running of Pre-school x

As part of our theme this term 'People Who Help Us' the children have been making their own puppets of people who help us or them. We have had Police "Help get baddies", Fireman "He puts fires out", Dentist "They check your teeth to see if you brush them properly", Doctor "If your sick they make you feel better", Mummy "Makes a swing for me" and a Nurse "She makes people better" plus many more. We look forward to seeing some puppet shows this week using them. 🎭

Fantastic first week back at Pre-school. The children have been enjoying our new puppet theatre, we have had some fantastic shows from the children. 😊 The children have also enjoyed playing in our role play hospital as part of out topic 'people who help us'. We have some special visitors lined up around this topic. Next week we have the road safety officer coming in to give the children a talk and she may have some resources for the children to use 🚸😊

Our flower plants are growing well so the children helped to plant them outside in the tyres. Fingers crossed we have some beautiful flowers soon. 🌷

The children enjoyed making Chocolate crispy cakes today. One child said "Wow, we turned it into coco pops" hope you all enjoyed your cakes xxx
