Sainsbury'S

Today I was in sainsburys and went in the changing rooms to try on some clothes. After doing this I continued around the store getting the bits of shopping I needed. I suddenly realized I had left my purse in the changing room and began to panic. There was a lot of money in it as well as all my cards and phone. I went back to the changing room but it had gone so I headed to customer services where to my delight it had been handed in by a lovely couple who I couldn't thank enough. I felt sick and was shaking and the customer service team were fantastic. They had given the couple a bottle of wine for handing in my purse which I offered to pay for but they declined. They also offered me and my daughter some refreshments in the cafe to help calm me down which I declined so they gave my little girl a selection box to help with the stress. They were amazing and I am so grateful to both them and the couple who handed my purse in. Great customer service sainsburys xxx merry Xmas

I would like to say a big thank you to Judith and Amy at Sainsbury’s in Sedgefield. My little girl lost her £1 sweetie money behind the fridges, I was unable to retrieve it and ended up with a very upset little one. Thanks to Judith and Amy she got her £1 back and was over the moon. Thank you very much.

I always go to Sedgefield Sainsburys as it's my local store. Always have excellent customer service. Very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. and love their clothes and home range. Food is excellent frozen and fresh 10 out of 10 for the store ! Great cafe too....

Only went in coffee shop , wasn't the fastest service but staff today were pleasant

Cafe staff always very friendly and helpful even when very busy .

What is happening at Sainsbuy’s Sedgefield. Recently the shelves are half empty, with few staff. The wine shelves are rarely refilled to capacity. And to top it all, the recycling area is a disgrace with hundreds of bottles and cardboard left on the ground because the recycling containers have not been emptied. Someone needs to get it back to where it was when it first opened !

Now argos is here, maybe a bit better. They're not selling Talisker Dark storm

I like this store as a personal shopper but as Chairperson of Sedgefield Hardwick PTA I feel very disappointed with the lack of community support from Sainsbury's, we are a charity and asked for a small donation for our Easter raffle (small donation being an Easter Egg or Teddy) and unfortunately Sainsbury's declined � over the past 2 years I have approached Sainsbury's for a donation on several occasions and every time they say no! Every time I ask the co-op they oblige! I understand that only a small budget can be made available for donations but Its not a big Village and surely any donations should remain within Sedgefield therefore why over the past 2 years have Sainsbury's never provided anything to the community! Very disappointed with the attitude ��

Very poor service, 24 minute wait on 2 burgers and a plate of curry while 5 other tables served after my purchase!!

my wing mirror cover was ripped off my car in the car wash here causing damage to the frame and snapping a huge chunk out even after a member of the garage staff had to go into the car wash to retrieve the cover and also found the snapped off chunk they claim it wasn't there fault meaning its now going to cost us to repair there error,avoid the carwash if you value your car ���

Hiya just called in with my dad to check to see if his wallet had been handed in. Unfortunately not but it did have about £80 in it so wasn't expecting it to be. Very disappointed is I would rather give money away than loose it or have it taken. Hope whoever pocketed it has a fantastic day.... very uncharitable.....
