When we went yesterday there was a fire alarm and all the staff where brilliant to get the whol store out in a very quick time then the fire brigade came and went in to see what has happen and the staff at the front doors where brilliant telling us all the info we needed to no and calmed a lot of adults and children. I would like to thank everyone in Sainsbury's for keeping my family and all the people safe ( we now no it was not a fire there was smoke coming out of one of the refrigerators )

Lovely young man on the tills I was purchasing alcohol he told me he was under 18 and would need his manager to authorize my sale well done

I was served yesterday afternoon in the cafe by a lovely woman called Nicola. She gave fantastic customer service, was very efficient and helpful. Polite and made me feel like a customer should. I tried to leave a review on line but can only leave a complaint! It would be great if her fantastic customer service could be recognised.

I visited Sainsbury's at Wessington Way yesterday afternoon and wanted to buy Iced top Mince Pies. To my horror they were sold out...Christmas must be cancelled immediately!!!. Then along came Steve in his Christmas jumper looking very helpful. I explained that without the pies I couldn't survive Christmas. He pointed out the pastry topped pies but no thank you-don't like them. He then checked other stores and found the elusive pies, rang to request them to be delivered to store, took my details to let me know when they arrived (Steve the delivery driver had come good) and arranged for them to be at Customer Service desk for collection. I then received a call from Andrea to say they were in, collected the said pies (5 boxes just in case) and Christmas can continue once more. This is an excellent example of the brilliant customer service this store gives as standard but a very special thank you to these 3 particularly helpful people who went the extra mile, Maybe next year there will be more of the iced and not so many of the pastry-just a thought, Merry Christmas Debbie

I just want to thank the gentleman on the checkout this morning, I’m sure he was called Allan. (9am)

I not sure if he could see how poorly I felt or he is just a lovely person.

I hardly had any strength, not only did he serve me with a smile but actually got out of his seat to put my heavy things in my trolley.

I just think this kind act should be recognised as its few and far between these days.

Thank you Allan (?)

User

I'm wondering why security guard is walking around the car park taking pictures of people in cars. What is his problem.

Sainsburys are advertising 1 litre bottles of Lucozade for £1 on their website, but when you go to buy it they charge you £1-50..they then claim that the £1 a bottle doesnt start till tonight when the stores are closed..customer services are an absolute waste of time and a total joke..according to them I'm in the wrong for wanting to purchase 10 bottles at the price they state on their website and not the price they have on the shelf!! Dick Turpin wore a mask, maybe your senior managers should follow suit..No wonder your profits are amazing!!

Me and my partner went to buy 2 packs of benylin 4 flu at the chemist to day and had trouble finding it so we went to ask the lady at the till if there was any behind the counter, she glanced behind her and said no if theys any in stock they will be on the shelves my partner then spotted them right in front of her and we asked for 2 packs as we are both ill she began to explane that its policy that she couldnt sell us to 2 packs and we could only purchase one to day and that we would have to share the packet , i understand her reasoning why and then explained that we are seperate customers paying for our own boxes of tablets as we cant just come back because we are going on holiday tomorrow. Her colleuge walking over and told us that we still could but 2 boxes even if there seperate transactions and began to ask my parter what her symptoms and why she feels she needs such tablets so my partner told him and he said she doesnt need the tablets and said he could sell her paracetmol, nasal spray, i become upset by this as he doesnt have the right to dectate what we should buy and i told him its doesnt matter and tgat we would go some were else.

I understand the rules when buying over the counter tablets and me and my partner have bought 2 boxes of paracetmol and 2 boxes of ibrophen at one time because they have been seperate trancactions as its 2 boxes per person being paid for seperatly, i am digusted by the way we were tret and i wont be returning.

Just been into Sainsbury's wessington way. I needed to go the bakery to get a couple of fresh cream cakes . Waited what seem to be ages. Even a man who wasn't working on the bakery department popped his head round the corner, to which was out of my view and I couldn't see this other person,!said, you've got a customer - this lad come strolling from around the corner with his phone in his hand . I'm fuming. To think I was waiting their while he was on his phone. I would be shot with shit if I used my phone at work. That's what you have breaks for
