I was in your store on Wednesday 18th April, at the fishmonger counter I was served by an assistant called Linda, she was really helpful, I picked two salmon fillets, she was pleasant, attentive and nothing was too much trouble at all. In fact she was the most helpful person, that I'd met that day, please pass on my thanks to her.

Bought a waterproof jacket for my daughter, got home and she didn't like it. Went to get refund to be told as the coat is now half price I can't get refund for the price I paid because I used self service and the receipt didn't print out with this new system not working properly because it had been installed the day I bought them!

In Sainsbury Silksworth this afternoon with a fairly full trolley £122.00.No offer to pack from checkout woman despite a queue behind me. The area where the items go into after being scanned was full and I was still unloading my trolley while she just stood there waiting. I've noticed this recently in the store and asked customer services some time ago why the offer of packing had stopped. Was told you have to ask.Well my sister didn't have to ask today only 2 checkouts down and I will not ask for what I deem to be part of the service that should be provided by a store the calibre of

Sainsburys. Looks like it's back to M & S for me then.
