With exceptionally limited spaces at present please please can we remind our lovely clients to let us know if they cannot make their appointment. A 2 hour appointment was missed today which we have a long list of clients waiting for, luckily 1 of them was in having another service with other staff so we got her in but please call and cancel.

You'll be pleased to know all of our staff have completed NVQ level qualifications for all of our services including gel polish and our certificates are kept in salon for you to view at your request, bare in mind though Hazel has over 150 qualifications so make sure you arrive early if you fancy having a nose at her folder!

Just had my little little girls 9th birthday party here and they loved. The girls were made to feel very welcome by the staff and they had so much fun. With different beauty treats of the girls and the flexibility of having food provided or bringing your own, made the whole experience very easy to arrange. Thanks �

Just had an amazing aromatherapy full body massage with my friend. Both in the same room. My first massage every. As a larger lady I have always stayed away from treatments like this. BUT...it was heaven. I was "blissed out", totally relaxed and comfortable. Staff were lovely and put me at ease. Loved my hour treatment and will be going again.

I study here, at the end of my course, hazel is a fantastic tutor and I'm so lucky to have had the chance to be taught by her, paragon have set the work well and hazels delivery of said work has been 10/10!❤️ not to mention her work is amazing!!

I love Sapphires - the staff are lovely, so welcoming and professional - the surroundings and atmosphere are so relaxing - I regularly have my nails done and I have had eyebrow waxing and the most gorgeous facial - all these treatments were fabulous - Hazel is very knowledgeable, experienced and a pleasure to chat to whilst she carries out the various treatments and Roxy is so lovely and always makes me a fab coffee, just the way I like it - see you soon xx

I have learnt so much and made some amazing friends doing this course my confidence has improved loads. I'm now looking forward to starting my massage course thankyou Hazel

Hazel's finish in what ever service she offers is always great, she's knowledgeable and I enjoy my ”me” time in the salon with a giggle and chit chat. Sapphires are reasonably priced for a premium service, thank you hazel I shall continue coming and recommend you at every opportunity.

I had a Fake Bake spray tan this morning which was very professional and I had a modest tan which makes you feel more comfortable.
