Currently day 5 of the Grand Sumo Tournament in Nagoya Japan. Its showing on Sky channel 507 ( NHK World ) at 11:30 every night, hurry up as theres only 10 days left of the tournament.

Brilliant day today at Nuneaton ( Micky Benfield Memorial Course ), a big thankyou to all the instructers and fellow attendees from Geoff and Cameron, also congratulations to the Kempo karate Brown belt ( sorry forgot your name now ) that was awarded his Shodan today.

Anybody interested! Sensei Simon will be attending one of the days so if interested let him know

As it is good Friday, there will be no class as the community centre is closed. Next Tuesday we will be doing a Jo class
