just had a 'personal goal setting' session with Stephen. what a fantastic chap, really informative, made our session fun too. really enjoyable hour and so worth it. learnt so much and feel we'll get much more out of our training sessions now. cheers Stephen, you're doing a great job!

We just had our sons 8th birthday party at Silksworth and he has had the best time. All of your team are wonderful, went above & beyond and accommodated us more than we anticipated... A special thank you to Carol the catering manager who was on hand, advised and kept us calm during first party nerves x

My son does his swimming lessons every Wednesday evening.

Fabulous lady instructor who gets into the pool with the kids and helps them individual (got time) regardless off the other kids. Has great control and the kids seem to really take notice. Staff and life guards watch other the kids and are very friendly.

Changing rooms, showers, toilets are extremely clean and love the fact every parents wear those blue plastic bags over their outdoor shoes. Would recommend to any parents

My daughter freya loved her time at the activity club,,I never thought you could do so much sport from skiing to dodge ball ,, great value ,, friendly staff and she went back to school buzzing ,, she can't wait for the next one :)

My 6 year old started her swimming lessons here in March 2016. Since then she's gained so much confidence and water skills and she is already in stage 3. I like that they don't hold the kids back in their stages until the rest catch up and likewise if the kids are struggling or scared they're in no hurry to move them up. The instructors are brilliant with them and make learning fun. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Me and Ethan came to our first Active Antz session today and we both loved it! Lots of toys, lovely activities and the soft play all included. Plus the free tea and coffee was a bonus. We'll definitely be back ÔøΩ x

I tried the Omnia 30minute series class tonight and loved it! The session was professionally ran by a friendly and experienced instructor who made the session fun and easy to follow.

Loved the variation of each activity and I can't wait for an opportunity to do it again.A great addition to the gym.

I had a personal training session on Sunday afternoon with Stephen it was excellent. Stephen set me a program specific to the areas I want to work on and knowing that I also do numerous classes! He totally encouraged me set me targets that I didn't realise I could achieve and had me feeling totally motivated! I would highly recommend having a session as Stephen not only knows his stuff but he is also very motivational and is genuinely such a nice member of staff inspiring people along in the gym

Using pool to get fitter glad don’t have to have memberships to use. Staff helpful

I take my little girl to Active Antz on a Thursday. I don't mind paying the 4 pound for entry, tea and biscuits but i would like the toys to have fresh batteries in them though so they actually work. Thanks

I bring My son to active ants on a Thursday and he loves it.

Visited the soft play today. We normally have great service. But today we were told to wait for the next session even though it was quiet. So we waited in the cafe. Ordered a large breakfast and bacon sandwich. Waited twenty minutes for the breakfast with items missing, when I asked about the toast and bacon sandwich, I was abruptly told they were being cooked! Five minutes after my breakfast one slice of toast. Then half an hour after ordering the bacon sandwich it was done. So we ate separatly

This is the only soft play I know where you need a "card" to get in? I am a childminder and the amount of times I have explained to reception the kids don't all have cards....! Reception lady yesterday got snotty as I said 2 of the kids didn't have them. "Well they really need cards". What for????? No other soft play operates like this.

Great gym etc, however website and app rubbish. One of hardest to navigate, and eventually gave up trying to find what I was looking for so phone.... After 15 minutes constantly ring I gave up... 1 hour of my time lost between internet and phone all and still no answers

We used to regularly visit active antz, didn’t mind that there was normally no biscuits or tea left, but to charge entry for a baby only 5 weeks old is just GREED. Now my toddler has to miss out. Maybe if the staff were nicer I wouldn’t be so bothered...

This place charges for a 6 month old baby to sit in a ball pool. Although I’m not sure it can be described as a pool as there aren’t enough balls to cover the floor. Won’t be back here anytime soon. I’d rather go somewhere else that allows babies in for free and have more things for them to explore.

We used to regularly visit active antz, didn’t mind that there was normally no biscuits or tea left, but to charge entry for a baby only 5 weeks old is just GREED. Now my toddler has to miss out. Maybe if the staff were nicer I wouldn’t be so bothered...

This place charges for a 6 month old baby to sit in a ball pool. Although I’m not sure it can be described as a pool as there aren’t enough balls to cover the floor. Won’t be back here anytime soon. I’d rather go somewhere else that allows babies in for free and have more things for them to explore.
