A basic breathing/relaxation video. It’s not just for singing. If you need to relax, if you want to focus your busy mind, if you’re struggling with breathing because of a cold or a cough, this can be really helpful. Apologies for the flushed face! 😂

As singers breath is really important, but the techniques we use aren’t just for singing. They can help you relax, give you focus, and even help with pain or insomnia. Give it a try!

It’s been a busy couple of days teaching online and filming some videos of singing tips and hints. Now it’s all systems go for getting sorted for Saturday nights live stream gig. Don’t forget to join us and get your requests in. We will do our best to sing as many as we can.

Join us again at 6.30pm on Saturday for our live stream from SME command centre. No theme to this week (but there may be one the week after,) so get your requests in. We can’t promise anything but we will perform those that we can.
