Lat weeks Slimfit meeting was all about how to dine out without feeling like youve fallen off the healthy eating wagon. We spoke about the healthy options available, explaining your dietry needs to the waiter/ress and also creating your own meal using starters and sides. Going for a meal with friends and family shouldnt be stressful or make you feel guilty, at Slimfit we believe you should be able to eat normal and do normal things and still manage to lose weight.

It's important to include protein at every meal...Breakfast, lunch and dinner. It allows for a more fuller feeling, so you wont want to pick throughout the day. It also aids muscle recovery if youve been for a workout/long walk AND the most important reason is, it helps weight loss, which my Slimfit members would be able to tell you.

So, tomorrow is Valentine's Day and maybe you're thinking of treating your loved one to breakfast in bed...well if they're healthy eating then a fry up might not be the way - so why not try a Slimfit Smoked Scrambled Egg Dish? It's quick and easy to make and is 100% good for you.
Ingredients: Serves 2 1tsp coconut oil 4 eggs... 1tbsp water 4oz smoked salmon, broken into pieces 1/2 avocado freshly ground pepper for seasoning 4 spring onions, finely sliced
What to do next:
1. Heat a pan over a medium heat until hot, add the coconut oil 2. Crack eggs into a bowl, add water and wisk with a fork 3. Add eggs to the pan along with salmon. Stirring continuously, cook eggs until soft and fluffy 4. Remove from heat, place onto a plate and top with avocado slices or squares, black pepper and spring onions or chives.
And there you have it, a clean breakfast fit for anyone's someone.
