Since moving up north, i've been shopping at Snob.... And comparing it to london? Customer service? Snob beats them ALL!!! A team with full understanding of their products, what they can offer, and their professional yet friendly nature towards customers is unbelievable. Out of all the items ive bought from Snob, this recent one stood out the most.... I didnt see what i wanted at first, and neither did i feel anything that i wanted.... I ordered everything via phone (whatsapp/text). It came and i loved everything about it.... The color was AMAZING... A true navy blue... The embroidery looked well finished and that someone took good time to make it look perfect... Not forgetting the finishing and sewing of dress totes amazeballs. Loved it.... Dont think il b looking in london again when i have the best right here.... Why go shopping in a gazillion where u can find everything u want they way u want all under one roof.... Amazing! If I could rate them a 6 I would!! Last year I visited this store on recommendation for my brothers wedding. I can't tell you how nervous and stressed I was about shopping for outfits for my brothers wedding!! It was the first boy in our family to get married so it meant everything to me that our outfits were perfect. I cannot thank everyone enough for all your help and support cos we looked stunning and so many complements from guests at the wedding. We defiantly looked like sisters of the groom!! I've never shopped anywhere since. So much so that I'm now getting my own wedding dress from Snob. I visited today when she was closed and opened especially for me as she knew how difficult it was to visit the store through the week. I was totally chilled this time as I know I would be given the best advice!! Can't wait to see the end result!!!

I've definitely been busy buying in Snob these past couple of months. Love all my outfits. I really like the range of different outfits Snob have to offer. Will be definitely popping back in the future. I also need to add that the staff are extremely welcoming and accommodating!

I went to order a saree for my mum and a long dress for me usually the order takes 4weeks to come but I was lucky coz the dress was there in the shop and it fitted me well but only problem was it was too long but shaila affa she sorted it out and my mum saree is coming in one week... The service is really great and I recommend this shop to everyone...

After searching around London for the perfect out for my mum, lo and behold, the perfect outfit was on my doorstep. They have a lovely range of outfits which sets them apart from their competitors. The service was personal and helpful. They were patient while I changed my mind a million times. Great choice of outfits from baby to the older generation. Will deffo be back!

Never had so much stress from shopping as much as this shop. Spent around £4000 for my sisters wedding the orders was wrong, some of the dress didnt fit, some didnt arrive in time, the owners attitude was discusting, she has an excuse for every complaint. She is more then happy to take the money but didnt take any liablity for the mess up. She has messd up on so many big orders and almost spoilt the wedding. Would never shop from her again.
