In this time, our bodies are able to replenish energy stores and make repairs, while our minds organise and store the memories of the day before. The amount of sleep you need depends on your age, sex, health and other elements, and sleep cycles change as we grow older.

Clutter It may be boring but it is much harder to switch off in a messy room. Try to clear things away so that by the time you get into bed you aren’t distracted. It’s important to have zoned areas for rest, work and play if you can.

Phone While it’s tempting to check Facebook/Snap Chat on your phone one last time before bed - don’t. Exposure to blue light – generated by smartphones and tablets - confuses the brain and can make us stay up later at night. Research has found using an electronic gadget for just two hours before bed can cause sleep problems.

We looked at all sorts of mattresses in all sorts of shops Snug was the last one we went to .. We found two mattresses they weren’t expensive ones they weren’t cheap ones .. With some guidance from Antonino we even bought some expensive pillows .. Delivery was quick. All in All A Good Experience.

Visited Snug yesterday looking for a mattress, spoke to lovely person called Lisa who was very informative about the different types of mattresses available. Did not rush us and let us take our time about making a decision. Looking forward to receiving our new mattress in a couple of weeks, thank you again.

Really appreciated the helpful, professional service we recently received while purchasing our bedroom furniture. Nino in particular was great, he had a terrific product knowledge and after seeing all the choice available, helped us to choose the perfect units for us. One small thing, didn't realise we had to build the units - still aching!!

I went into the Snug this afternoon to be greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable lad named Nino, who went above and beyond what is asked of him!! Made my bed hunt easy, he is an asset to the company. I found the store to have a wide variety of models all top quality! Will definitely be returning in the future.

Gotta say a lad called nino was lovely...

I was asked if I wanted to give a review and I don't normally bother with stuff like this but he is well worth a review......dealt really well with myself ....Gotta say I was out of my depth too as my mam normally helps with stuff like this however she was happy for me to be happy n go ahead.....and my daughter age 12 felt really comfortable too.....he appeared happy n enthusiastic in his job which made me happy to go ahead....an asset to ur company as I didn't feel he was just giving me the normal sales patter x

Friendly staff with good knowledge of products... Nino looked after us and I’ve got to say he was a credit to your store very approachable and helpful! Reasonable prices too. I would recommend to family and friends!

Excellent service and the guys doing the installation did a great job. Thank you.

Called in store today not thinking we would be able to afford to buy a bed from a smaller company and where really surprised. Lisa really made us feel really welcomed no pressure helped us out when we needed it and she knew her stuff too. A nice cup of coffee sealed the deal would highly recommend a visit here you will be pleasantly surprised and the store is owned by the Dickens family as well which we did not know. Thanks for all your help today and looking forward to our new bed and bedroom furniture.
