Meet our master butcher Joe Simpson...
We care immensely about the cattle from birth to slaughter and enjoy supporting small family businesses like ourselves. Therefore we send our cattle to a small family run Northumbrian abattoir, F Simpson & Son in Cockfield. Carcasses are hung for 3 weeks to allow the meat to tenderise and the flavour to develop further.
