Really good place nice people and good fun

On my first visit there, I was welcomed and made to feel at home, we had a great mornings shoot with an excellent and varied setup. Oh and a smashing bacon and egg bun with a brew.

I was nervous visiting for the first time as I was the only woman (apart from one other) there on the evening I turned up amongst loads of men. On that occasion it was my 2nd attempt at clay pigeon shooting and I personally didn't do well at all. I was a bit apprehensive.

On my 3rd attempt at shooting here I went along to visit by myself and I did quite well. I was much more at ease having already been the once before. I will return. I would like to become a member one day. Thank you for welcoming me.

I always try to call in when I'm in the North. Really great targets and layouts. Massive butties and cheap mugs of tea, what more could you want?! �
