Spindletop Cottage Whitby Description
This beautiful 400 year old former jet workers cottage provides comfortable and easily maintained accommodation and is situated in the historic part of whitby at the bottom of the 199 steps. Leading to whitby abbey and st mary’s church it is also within easy walking distance of the beach, shops and all other amenities.

Announced today, the Tour de Yorkshire men’s and women’s race will be coming to Whitby on the 4th of May 2019, we have availability for that week still!
To all our lovely customers, we are currently closed due to having a new kitchen installed, we re-open for business on 22nd December and look forward to having you back at Spindletop soon. Please note the website is still open for bookings.

Just checked in & we're in love already! Beautiful cottage, so cosy & I can't tell you how chuffed hubby is with the Sky TV � good job we're right at the bottom of the 199 steps or I don't think I'd get him back out the front door! Wonderful place guys ���
It's a lovely quaint cottage,well equipped &in a perfect location to explore Whitby would recommend it to couples or a family as there is plenty of bed space & room for a family.
In Whitby, if we're using a hotel we stay at Harry's, if we're using a cottage we stay here. First class. And you don't even need to put your coat on to nip out for a pint of Old Peculiar at the Board!
I know its my cottage so may be biased but i think its fab! Anyone wanting to rent, call me!

Excellent cottage... Everything you could want and more!! Little touches that are made like tea,coffee,sugar,milk and biscuits were great!
Beds super comfy... Sea views and right in centre of old town near the 199 steps upto the abbey.
