What a great company. Such a professional place to get work done. The staff make you feel as comfortable as possible, rory is such a great tattooer as i didnt really give him much to go on and yet he still delivered a great peace of work which i cant wait to get back and get finished from him

Went in today to get my tongue pierced and I was such a nervous wreck but Emily reassured me through it all and when it was done it was over in seconds. Would recommend going to Emily for piercings, best piercer in town ��

Popped in today to get the top of my ear pierced (only been putting it off for ten years �) Emily was really lovely and reassured me through everything , nothing was too much trouble and even dotted me up several times to make sure I was 100% happy with the placement!

Big shout out to the other female member of staff (unfortunately I don’t know your name) I came in with my 2 year old daughter and my friend, while my friend was having her jewellery changed the music came on (50 cent) and my daughter wasn’t entertaining it, the lady changed the track to let it go from frozen without asking which thrilled my daughter no end � fantastic customer service! If I’m ever brave enough to get anything else pierced or tattooed I will definitely be back here!! �

Only went in for a small cover up off adam about 1 n half year ago, I've now got almost a full sleeve, shoulder, neck,stomach, part of leg and a rework on chest with more to come, class tattoos funny people and Adam touches you in special places��

Just walked in to get my nose pierced, literally was in and out within minutes, would highly recommend spy monkey for piercings.

I would recommend Ad for just about anything (except massive amounts of script lol) He doesn't even know how good he is, but I have known (and been tattooed by him) since he was an apprentice and he just gets better and better.

I only popped in for my spiral ear piercing n have been back for tongue and eyebrow pierced and an amazing tattoo on my leg ... will definitely go back for more work xx

Had several piercings done by Emily over the last couple of months. Brilliant customer service, can clearly see that equipment is clean and sterile as she opens the needles on a sterile tray in front of the customer. Lovely manner, makes you feel at ease, piercings over in seconds. I have been back over and over again for more piercings. Would definitely recommend Emily!

Got the most adorable penguin tattoo from spy monkey today, absolutely love it �!, I was so nervous but they put you at such ease and have a right giggle. Would highly recommend!

Got my first ever tattoo today done by Adam, he knew how nervous and scared I was and reassured me that everything was fine...had a laugh and good chat with another tattooist and his client, made me feel more relaxed...i love my tattoo and would recommend Adam and spy monkey to anyone

Got a triple helix done today and I love it! Emily was very welcoming and gave me plenty of time to choose as i couldn't decide what I wanted lol will definitely be back! Iv had many piercings over the years and this was the best, I promise I won't be such a wimp next time � xx

Facebook messaged to get my Daith pierced this morning, quick response and very helpful staff. Emily was lovely and done the piercing on the afternoon. Very relaxed atmosphere I’ll be back in 6wks for my change of jewellery!

Always my go to place to get my new ink, all three tattooists are great at what they do and are a good laugh and always give a great tattoo after the session. I've never once been disappointed with any of my many tattoos done here and are my 1st recommendation to anyone wanted a good tattoo �

Adam is an absolute genius, his attention to detail is incredible and he will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with the design. Him and John are real genuine down to earth lads and I would recommend anyone go there!

Gutted with my spy monkey experience. Before I explain the reason I gave 1 star let me say that I know spy monkey do some excellent tattoos because I've seen them myself and it's the reason I wanted to use them for my tattoo.



I have a tattoo of my daughters handprint on my chest which I got when she was a baby 7 years ago. When I had my son 3 years after my daughter we decided to make a family picture with my wife, daughter, baby son and myself's handprints all on the same paper. This then took pride of place on the wall.



My son is 4 now and I thought I need to get his handprint tattooed next to my daughters as he keeps asking why his handprint wasn't next to his sisters. So I took the family picture with my sons handprint on from when he was a baby down to spy monkey. She took the picture so that a stencil could be taken ready for the tattoo a week later.



On the day before my tattoo I received a message saying she was unable to do the tattoo as it was to difficult to get a stencil from the picture. I was I bit disappointed but I was glad to be told they can't do it rather then get a tattoo which wasn't as good as I wanted. So I said no problem and arranged to pick up my deposit and more importantly the family picture.



I got the deposit back no problem but was told the picture had been misplaced and it would be found and they would message me. I thought this a bit strange and didn't get the feeling that it was just misplaced. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited to hear from them.



I didn't hear back so I messaged them instead. I was told it wasn't found yet but she was sure it hadn't been thrown out.



Wow. Hadn't been thrown out! Surely anyone could see this was a family picture of handprints and not a piece of rubbish.



She told me they were going to have a good look over the weekend to find the picture, so I just had my fingers crossed it would turn up. Surely no one would has binned it.



Again I had to get in touch with them after waiting to hear from them on the Monday. Was told it hadn't been found and it could only be presumed that it had been thrown out. � I couldn't believe it and how unprofessional this business could be. This is a family keep sake which can never be replaced so to say my wife and I are gutted is a understatement.



She did give me a apology and I understand it wasn't lost on purpose but just be careful if anyone is wanting a tattoo using a family picture or photo because i wouldn't want anyone else to lose a valued item which is irreplaceable.
