1 x Rope Access Level 3... 1 x PSN level 3 welding ispector with MPI 1 x Candiadte who is mechanical and familiar with torque and bolts, preferably from a steel erector or plater background
1st crew 15th april 2nd crew 12th may last rotation 9th june
4 bank holidays 15% premium paid

Day shift - Please note if it is too windy to get off you will still be paid for the day 8 hours - If you are working and it is too windy and you have to leave early, you will be paid for a full 12 hours

We are recruiting for 15-20 roles for a production plant in Seaham.
The rate is £8.21 per hour across three shifts - There will be a shift premium after a 3 month probationary period once you transfer across to the companies books.
Candidates will start on days and that could be the case for the first 6 weeks or so but candidates must also be flexible and prepared for it to go to three shifts, which are - 7am-3pm - 11pm-7am and 3pm to 11pm in that order.
... Candidates must be able to get to Seaham for all the above times.
Candidates MUST have previous production experience of working on a line. Ideally within the automotive industry.

We now have a presence in Peterlee and Bishop Aukland here in the North East but we are also looking at offices in Spain and Erbil in Iraq, which will enable us to grow our offshore contracts out there which is our primary focus . We achieved our gross status in the construction sector within the first 8 months of trading and I really couldn’t be more proud of the work that the whole team have put in over the last 12 months. Without a strong team behind you, you can’t grow as a business, so a special mention to Anthony, Angela and Kelly who we thank massively for their efforts thus far. Also I’d like to thank our investors notably Steve Colwell and Michael Stewart, who have been great in advising me when a second opinion is needed and Steve has always been at the end of the phone day and night so thanks for that Steve. Purpose of Role:
To oversee the smooth, efficient and effective running of Production departments.... Training and development for identifying staff training and development needs, for planning, organising and overseeing appropriate training.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities: Production Supervisor • Working to distribute labour when line short of manning. • Supporting with issues Quality /EFF issues, liaising with QA for resolution. • Continue with training side of job. • Continue auditing daily in general and when spike in scrap identified, closing production/training loop. • Oversee supervision of inspection, ensuring all working to correct procedures and output is as expected. • Oversee supervision Polish room, ensuring all working to correct procedures and output is as expected • Conduct initial INDUCTION training with new starters. • Roll out / train to required Risk assessments (PPE requirements) • Assess training needs for new and existing employees. • Identify internal training to address competency gaps. • Assist in developing training aids such as manuals and questionnaire’s if required. • Maintain training plans for individual employees. • Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom instruction, SOP training, on-the-job coaching. • Track and report on training outcomes. • Provide feedback to program participants, Management and team Leaders. • Evaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodology. • Maintain employee training records. • Conduct Employee surveys / empowerment program.
