Year 2 had a fantastic day baking space themed cookies. We have to say they look amazing. Eat your heart out BRITISH BAKE OFF.

Year 3 took part in scooter safety training on Friday and we had a great time. We definitely know how to scoot to school safely now!

Our final dress rehearsal before the big performance tomorrow at 1.30pm. Every one has been working really hard!

Thank you to everyone who came along to our Christmas Fair this evening. Special thanks to all of Santa's special helpers who make this event such a lovely community event.

Every Day Counts
This prize is given for attendance and punctuality. The class with the highest percentage of children in class on time every day for the week wins. This weeks winners are Year 5 with 99% attendance. Well done!

Rain can't stop us! Year 2 had a (very soggy) fantastic day yesterday. We explored the international market, marvelled at Fenwicks window and got lost in some of our favourite books at the library. Winning Wednesday!

Year 3 loved having Jackie and Gillian in from Seven Stories and Newcastle University. We really enjoyed getting to explore new and exciting books!

A big thank you to Aidan's Kitchen who have very generously donated a meal for 2 and 2 drinks at their café in response to a lovely letter from one of our Year 4 pupils.

A big thank you to school health for coming into Year 1 and showing them how to keep their teeth healthy.

One of our Y4 pupils wrote and illustrated some fantastic letters to local businesses asking for donations for our Christmas Fayre. Well done!

Look at these little fellas! Press down their hats and their faces change. They are traditional Sichuan Opera toys and would make great stocking fillers. We have a set of 4 boxed and a set of 4 without boxes. Look out for them on the silent auction.

A whole carousel of Chupa Chups, full size and minis! 200 lollies in total. This one’s very popular with the children!! Going out for Silent Auction at the Christmas Fayre this Friday! Don’t forget, every penny goes to school.
